Through our strategic advisory and alignment services, we work closely with our clients to co-create solutions that meet the needs of their organization in relation to DEI and social sustainability goals. Operationally, we follow a framework that leverages global benchmarks and trends in the service of local solutions for the MENA:
Needs Assessment: we rely on a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative data collection tools to help us gather data from different sources within your organization (i.e., policies, data monitoring activities, people analytics) to identify the gaps that require attention. We also collect data from internal stakeholders through interviews and focus groups using our holistic approach.
National Environment, Social and Governance, and Sustainable Development Goals landscape: we conduct a thorough analysis of the national level legislative requirements relating to ESG and SDGs to tailor our solutions to the needs of your organization within the national context. Our process is focused on enabling organizations in the MENA to improve their global positioning and to advance nationally on the sustainability agenda.
International Benchmarks: We rely on our extensive research-based knowledge of the international requirements and legislations around ESG and SDG to ensure alignment between your organizations DEI and social sustainability strategy and international standards. We believe that MENA organizations have the potential to compete internationally showcasing advances in social sustainability, and we work collaboratively with clients to achieve this progress over time.
